Your customers never need to download anything. They open your page from a link, a QR code or your Instagram bio, book or buy, and pay on their phone. Every page has your name and logo on it, and nobody else’s business is listed next to yours.
Bookings that arrive while you work
“If I stop to answer the phone, my client loses out. If I don’t, I lose the booking”
Bookings come in by phone, text and direct message, usually while you’re busy with someone else. Some get missed, some get double-booked, and the rest get written into a diary at the end of the day.
Put your services online as bookings with their own link. Customers pick a time and pay when they book, or pay on the day if you prefer, and get a confirmation email. They can move or cancel from their own booking link, within the limits you set. Every booking lands in the app’s calendar, and online sessions can include a video call link.

Quotes they can say yes to
“I write quotes at night, then spend the week working out who has paid”
The quote goes out as a PDF, the yes comes back by text, the invoice is a separate job, and the money arrives by bank transfer with a reference you have to match up.
Send a quote as a link, with your name and logo on it. Customers tick any optional extras and accept it on their phone, and the quote becomes their invoice, ready to pay in full or as a deposit. You can see who has accepted and who has paid, and mark cash or transfers as paid too. Job already done? Send it as an invoice straight away.
Your own shop, with your name on it
“My regulars find me through apps that list me next to everyone else, and take a cut”
Marketplaces and delivery apps are where people look, so you list there. But every order puts your regulars in front of your competitors, and their details stay with the app.
Open your own shop page for the things you sell. Products can have options like size or colour, you can track stock, and customers choose pickup or delivery. They get an order email, and you can put the shop on your own website too.

Tickets for your workshops and classes
“Every time I run a workshop, I’m chasing bank transfers and keeping a list on paper”
A one-off class or workshop usually means a post, a pile of messages, bank transfers to match up and a list that’s never quite right on the day.
Sell tickets from a link. Set up different ticket types, free tickets, limited numbers and a waitlist for when it sells out, and ask a question at checkout, like dietary needs. Tickets are emailed to the buyer.
Paid straight to you
“Every app wants a monthly fee and a slice of every sale”
A booking app, a quoting app, a shop and a ticketing site each charge their own way, and together they add up to more than you’d like.
Connect your own Stripe account and payments are deposited directly into it. Able2 charges a 2% platform fee when someone pays through your pages, with no charge per customer, and money customers pay you at the counter is all yours.
When we are not the right answer
Worth saying plainly, because signing up for the wrong reason helps nobody and we would rather you knew now.
- You need a till system. We’re not one. Stock is tracked for things sold through your pages, not for sales rung up at the counter.
- You need marketing tools. There are no loyalty cards, review requests or marketing emails, and no automatic payment reminders.
- You need deposits or staff choice on bookings. Bookings are paid in full online or on the day, and each service has one host. Quotes do take deposits.
- You mostly sell digital things. Digital downloads cost 30% through the app, not 2%, because the app stores take a cut. Sell them on your website instead.
If any of those describe you, we would rather point you somewhere better. If none of them do, the free plan will tell you the rest without costing you anything.
