Can we keep our app completely private?
Yes. Unlisted apps are hidden from the Able2 app’s discovery entirely — people join only via an invite link or QR code you share.
Is there a cost per person we support?
No. Every plan has unlimited members. You are never charged more for supporting more people.
Can different staff have different access?
Yes. Admins, managers and members have distinct permissions, so frontline staff and coordinators see what they need to.
Do we need our own developers or an app store account?
No. Your app runs inside the Able2 app on iOS and Android from day one. If you later want your own listing in the App Store and Google Play, you can graduate to a white-labelled app under your own accounts.
