Your clients keep asking for an app. A custom build is the right choice for some of them, but it means months of work and someone looking after it for years. For most, Able2 is the solution they need: finished and production-ready from day one, without the headaches, and we keep it up to date. You build it, brand it and look after the client.
Build the right kind of app for each client
“We want to say yes to more of the apps our clients ask for”
Clients ask for all sorts of apps, and a custom build only makes sense for some of them. The rest are often left as a quote nobody signed.
Able2 builds three kinds of app, each from a template. Business apps are for staff, while customers book, buy and pay through links on their own phone. Community apps are a safe place where people gather to discuss and share, with a news feed, resource library, forums, chat and events. Creator apps are where people become members to get value, with courses, members-only content, exclusive groups and one-to-one coaching as bookings.

Run every client app from one login
“We want each new client app to be quicker than the last”
With custom builds, every client starts with a new estimate, new code and new updates to look after. With finished parts, what you set up for one client gives you a head start on the next.
One login holds every app you run, and you switch between them in the same admin. Each client keeps their own branding, members and content. Start from a template, show the client something working within days, and keep changing it while it’s live, without a new release. Try ideas on the free plan and move to a paid plan when the client is ready.
You keep the client relationship. We keep the platform up to date.
Quote it and get paid by link
“We want clients to say yes and pay a deposit without the back-and-forth”
Proposals go out as attachments, then there’s a round of emails before anyone signs and pays. It works, but it slows the start of every project.
Send the client a quote as a link with your name and logo on it. They open it on their phone, tick any extras, approve it and pay the deposit there and then, and the quote becomes their invoice. Payments are deposited directly into your account, and Able2 charges a 2% platform fee.

This is live. Try it. It behaves exactly like this on your own site.
Show me the quoteGive clients their own App Store listing
“Our client wants their own app in the App Store”
Clients often ask for this, and it’s easy to plan for when you sort it out early, before anyone puts a price in a proposal.
You can do it: a fully white-labelled app published under your client’s own Apple and Google developer accounts. It’s an add-on on top of a Pro plan, not included in the Pro price, and the app stores charge their own fees to the client. Talk to us before you quote it, so the numbers are right from the start.
Their name on the App Store, without a custom build behind it.
Earn as a partner
“We’d rather recommend Able2 than build every app ourselves”
Not every client needs you to fully build and manage their app. Some just need pointing to the right tool.
If you’re just looking to refer, without doing the set-up, get your referral link here and you’ll earn 20% for the life of each customer you refer. These terms are only offered to our first handful of affiliates, so register today and don’t miss out. Talk to us if you’d like to resell Able2 as part of your own services.
When we are not the right answer
Worth saying plainly, because signing up for the wrong reason helps nobody and we would rather you knew now.
- You need a completely custom design. If the interface is the product, or the workflow is unlike anything else, a custom build is the better fit.
- You need a full business system. Stock control, dispatch, job costing and ERP aren’t things we do, and we don’t plug into those systems out of the box.
- It has to work with no signal. Apps that must run fully offline, like field software out of mobile range, need a different kind of product.
- You need Able2 hidden from day one. Your client’s name, colours, logo and icon are there straight away, but the app runs inside the Able2 app and shows Able2 branding. A listing of their own is the white-label option, so talk to us before you quote it.
If any of those describe you, we would rather point you somewhere better. If none of them do, the free plan will tell you the rest without costing you anything.
